Corporate History

December 1978 Founded in Sendai with an initial capital of 1 million yen.
Established a Computer Sales Division focused on system development for computer manufacturers.
February 1990 Formed a business alliance with Fuji Software Inc. (now FUJI SOFT INCORPORATED).
March 2002 Absorbed three companies – Cyber Com Co., Ltd., Boss System Co., Ltd., and Ariake System Co., Ltd. – with Software Kikaku Co., Ltd. (now our company) as the surviving entity, and changed the company name to Cyber Com Co., Ltd.
(renamed locations as the Sendai Office, Yokohama Office, Niigata Office, and Kumamoto Office).
August 2005 Opened the Abiko Office.
June 2007 Listed on the JASDAQ Securities Exchange.
September 2007 Relocated the main office within Ichibancho, Aoba-ku, Sendai to support business expansion.
April 2009 Adopted a divisional structure.
October 2009 Consolidated the Kumamoto Office into the Fukuoka Office.
February 2010 Began sales of the “Cyber CTI” call center system and “Mobile EINOU,”
an agricultural information and rice inspection inquiry product.
April 2011 Established the SI Division (now Systems Integration Division) specializing in systems integration.
Began sales of the office telephone product “Cyber IP-PBX.”
October 2011 Began sales of “Sanchoku Hanjou,” a product supporting sales expansion for direct farm sales outlets.
April 2012 Opened the CTI Division specializing in the sales of “Cyber CTI” and “Cyber IP-PBX.”
December 2012 Began sales of “Cyber Tel,” a downloadable office telephone product.
April 2013 Opened the Nagoya Sales Office.
June 2014 Introduced “Cyber GW,” a software gateway compatible with Hikari Denwa,
and began sales of cloud-based versions of “Cyber CTI” and “Cyber IP-PBX.”
November 2014 Began sales of “Cyber Phone,” enabling smartphone integration for office telephony.
February 2015 Listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
April 2016 Launched the “Cyber Smart” series of cloud services.
Upgraded to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
June 2016 Introduced an Executive Officer system.
March 2017 Relocated the Yokohama Headquarters and Tokyo Office to Honcho, Naka-ku, Yokohama, to support the expansion of the software development business, enhance management efficiency, and strengthen administrative functions.
June 2017 Changed the fiscal year-end from March to December.
February 2018 Launched “CyberCom Hikari,” a high-speed fiber access service.
April 2018 Opened a second office in Abiko, renaming the original Abiko office as Abiko Office 1.
January 2019 Adopted a headquarters-based structure.
August 2019 Began sales of “Raku-Raku Secure Connect,” a cloud VPN service.
October 2019 Began sales of “Cyber Gateway Compact,” an ultra-clear office phone service that connects to Hikari Denwa lines.
July 2020 Introduced “Cyber Position Navi,” a location-based solution,
and opened a Tokyo Office.
February 2022 Began sales of the “Cyber Solution Plus” series.
March 2022 Began sales of “Cyber Position Navi Plus,” a high-precision indoor positioning solution.
April 2022 Transitioned from the First Section to the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange following market restructuring.
November 2022 Launched the Oracle Cloud version of “Cyber Position Navi.”
February 2024 Delisted from the stock exchange following acquisition as a wholly-owned subsidiary of FUJI SOFT INCORPORATED.
